The 15 Minute Workout

It can be hard to find an hour in the day to go to the gym and get a good workout in. If you are busy and know that you are not going to have time, there are things that you can do at home to stay fit! Below is one of my favorite workouts… and it only takes 15 minutes!

No equipment needed!

  • 1 minute air squats
  • 1 minute of burpees
  • 1 minute plank
  • 1 minute mountain climbers
  • 1 min rest

Repeat 3x through

It may not seem like much but it will get your heart rate up and tone the entire body!
