In life, there are so many rules that we are “supposed” to follow. Don’t put your elbows on the table, stand in line, do your homework, don’t talk over others. And when it comes the being “healthy” and losing “weight” there are a whole other set of rules that we are supposed to follow. But the even more confusing part of that is that everyone pretty much has their own version of the rules that we are supposed to follow.
Be a vegetarian. Be a vegan. Don’t eat meat. Only eat meat. No dairy. Raw milk diet. No carbs. No fat all carbs.
My gosh even thinking about it makes me want to scream! What the heck are we supposed to do? It has taken me 4 years to figure it out. And the secret that I have found is simple:
Eat healthy. Yep thats it.
Now what is healthy? Foods found in the ground, homemade wholesome ingredients, lean meats, some grains. A balanced diet. No deprivation, no suffering. It’s soooo much easier too. No stress, and no mess.
