The school year is almost over and that means beginning of summer parties! If you are hosting one, here are some yummy, healthy, and easy snacks to make for everyone to enjoy!
Chips and Salsa
Buy blue corn tortilla chips and pace salsa, much healthier than regular corn tortilla chips!
Pop chips aren’t fried, so that makes them much healthier! They come in delicious flavors like barbecue, sea salt and vinegar, and much more!
Triscut Crackers with Goat Cheese spread
Buy an herb flavor of trisect crackers and serve with goat cheese. Very yummy and healthier than regular cheese!
Banana Protein Bars
Ingredients: 2 mashed bananas, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, cinnamon, 1/2 cup almond milk.
Pre- heat oven to 350. Combine ingredients together and place in glass pan. Sprinkle one more dash of shredded coconut on the top. Cook for 30 min or until consistency of banana bread!
