Hi everyone! To further help you in your journey to a healthier body and mind I have started a YouTube channel called YogaCrossTeens!
It is a three day a week channel, on Mondays, Wedesdays, and Fridays!
Monday- A guided yoga practice with me to help lengthen, and tone your body! Plus, it has great relaxation aspects as well.
Wedesday- I will be guiding you through a type of cardio workout like pilates, interval training,etc.
Friday- On this day I will be showing you some of my favorite recipes, how to shop, what to do when dining out and everything else you need to know about how to eat and stay healthy!
