Summer is coming up and we all want to have those flat abs to go along with our bikinis! Here are some great snack recipes that will help you get those flat abs! (Make sure you are doing exercise like pilates and cardio to help sculpt a great tummy)
Out At Starbucks
If you are out at starbucks with friends get a Petite Vanilla bean scone and a grande Iced Caffe Americano. It is semi- healthy and won’t add fat to your tummy!
At Home Orange Julius
Blend one peeled orange, 1 cup ice, 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a dash of cinnamon in blender. Pour in medium glass and enjoy!
Put a skewer in a cube of watermelon, a pice of feta cheese, and a slice of cucumber. Repeat 5 times and enjoy!
