Mornings before school can be pretty hectic. You are gathering your bags, sports gear, instruments, and can often forget to eat any breakfast. I know personally, that when I don’t eat breakfast I can’t focus throughout the morning and end up eating to big of a lunch. If you are in a hurry here are some fast and healthy options:
Blend 1 banana, 1 cup vanilla almond milk, and 1/2 cup ice in blender. Pour in a cup and go!
Get Going Parfait
1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt, 5 strawberries, blueberries, granola, and honey mixed in a bowl.
Kick In The Pants Oatmeal
1/2 cup oatmeal, shredded almonds, razzberries, and cinnamon mixed in a bowl.
1 piece of Ezeckeal bread or gluten free toast, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1/2 sliced banana. Place peanut butter and banana on toast, grab and go!
