A lot of times, when people think about being healthy, they automatically think about being skinny. Well, being skinny doesn’t mean you are healthy.
The people who can eat cookies, ice cream, doritos, and stay slim are not healthy. Their fat is going inwards, around their intestines, and can cause serious health damages. Healthy people are the ones who limit junk food, eat healthy, exercise regularly, and may not have a perfectly flat stomach.
Your goal should be to be a healthy person, not a skinny person, and if you lose weight it means that your body needed it, if you don’t you are exactly where you are supposed to be.
Love your body, treat it right, and it will treat you right.
