Another Butter

Butter is very fattening, and isn’t the best thing to cook with on a regular basis. So, instead of using butter use… Coconut Oil!

Coconut oil is a very natural, and beautiful substance. You can apply it to your skin, and cook with it! Here is an example of cooking with coconut oil:

Egg White Omelet

2 egg whites

1/2 cup spinach

Diced tomato



Place 1/2 tabelspoon coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour egg whites into pan. Allow to cook and add spinach, tomato, and mushrooms. Flip over to create omelet, allow to cook a little more. Put on plate and enjoy!
