Veggie Chips

Instead of gorging yourself on potato chips at parties, try this delicious recipe for homemade veggie chips:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kale leaves
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted (or olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • dash of pepper

Procedure:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place kale leaves on cookie sheet
  • Pour coconut oil over leaves
  • Sprinkle sea salt
  • Cook until desired crispness
  • Sprinkle pepper
  • Serve and enjoy!
