12 Days To Spring Break- Long Run

Hi  everyone, 12 days  until you will be on spring break! Today our workout will be a long run:

Workout-

Take a nice long run, 4-5 miles (longer if you wish) at an easy to moderate pace.

Eating

Breakfast- Oatmeal with berries

Lunch- Your choice of salad

Snack- Veggie sticks dipped in hummus

Dinner- Burrito with chicken
