15 Days To Spring Break- Play

15 days, just over 2 weeks! Today our workout will be PLAYING!

Workout

Todays workout will be play, enjoying the outdoors, playing ball, walking, anything that you enjoy doing.

Eating 

Breakfast- Kimberly Snyders Glowing Green Smoothie

Lunch- Raw salad with nuts and peppers on the side

Snack- Celery with peanut butter

Dinner- Salad, followed by pasta
