18 Days To Spring Break- Yoga/Cardio

Hello readers! I just returned from Mexico, it seems as though my auto post did not work the last 3 days! I hope you took that as a self discipline lesson and did a workout on your own! Today we are going to do some yoga and cardio.

Breakfast- Oatmeal

Lunch- Salmon salad

Snack- Veggie sticks

Dinner- Raw veggies with jasmine rice
