23 More days to go, how are you liking these exercises?

Workout

Today is going to be a leg workout:

  • 10 min cardio warm up
  • 30 regulare squats
  • 20 lunges on each side
  • 30 pile squats
  • 20 box hops on 1 leg
  • Repeat 5 times

Eating

Breakfast- 1/2 bagel with peanut butter and banana

Lunch- Taco salad

Snack- Annies cheddar bunnies

Dinner- Spaghetti with grilled zucchini
