26 days, going by fast right? Let’s work on those slim and toned arms!

Workout:

  • 10 min cardio
  • 30 pushups
  • 20 pull ups (or hold in pull-up position for 2 min)
  • Hold 8 pund dumbbells in from of you for 1 min
  • Repeat 4 times

Eating-

You are pretty far with this program, use your best judgment today and make good choices!
