Workout:

  • 50 sit-ups
  • 30 V-ups
  • 50 crunches
  • 30 toe taps
  • hold plan for 3 min
  • Repeat 4 times

Eating:

Breakfast- Egg white omlete

Lunch- Burrito

Snack- Apple with honey

Dinner- Sushi
