32 Days To Spring Break- Long Run

32 days until soaking up that sun! Today we are going to do a long run.

Workout-

run at an average pace for 1 hr. Do this outside, on a treadmill, or an elliptical.

Eating-

Breakfast- Green machine

Lunch- Salad (only veggies)

Dinner- Fish with jasmine rice

I’ve been readin Kimberly Snyders “The Beauty Detox Diet” I highly recommend reading it if you are interested in the science of how our body loses weight, how to get great skin, and, how to eat raw and healthy!
