35, 35, 35 days! Our focus today will be cardio!

Workout

Run at an average pace for 30 min, sped up and run hard for 20 min.

Eating-

Breakfast- Egg white omelete with broccoli and feta cheese

Lunch- Kimberly Snyders Dharma Kale Salad

Snack- Jicama

Dinner- Sushi or grilled fish with rice
