36 Days To Spring Break- Inner Thighs

36 days, only a little over a month! Today our focus will be on toning the inner thighs to get those slim, stung, and sleek legs!

 

Workout-

  • 20 pile lunges
  • 20 bridge lifts
  • 20 scissor kicks
  • 20 flutter kicks on stomach
  • 100 jumping jacks
  • Repeat set 8-10 times
Eating
Breakfast- 1/2 grapefruit with cinnamon, and a piece of whole grain toast with peanut butter
Lunch- Your choice of salad
Snack- Carrots with hummus
Dinner- Grilled chicken with jasmine rice and veggies
