37 Days To Spring Break- Abs

37 days to go! Today we will be focusing on our abs!

 

Workout-

  • 10 min cardio warm up
  • Plank for 1 min
  • 20 V-ups
  • 50 crunches
  • Hold legs 3 inches above ground for 2 min
  • Repeat 5 times
Eating
Breakfast- Egg, fruit
Lunch- Salad with salmon
Snack- Apple
Dinner- Quesadilla with salsa and steamed veggies
