45 Days To Spring Break- Cleanse

45 days to go and you are doing great! For the next 3 days we are going to do a juice cleanse, to rid toxins from your body and hopefully shed some more of that unwanted weight! You may feel lightheaded, nauseous, etc, but that is only because your body is detoxifying. However, if you honestly feel terrible, stop the cleanse and eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies. Listen to your body

Today-

We are going to adjust your body to get ready for only juice. Only eat fresh fruit and veggies today to prepare your body.

Workout-

While on the cleanse, I would not recommend working out hard, a nice leisurely walk is perfect!
