46 Days To Spring Break- Cardio and Toning

Dearest readers, I am so sorry I have been off the face of the earth the last few days. I was having some severe technical difficulties. Lets get back on track today!

Workout-

  • 45 min your choice of cardio
  • 30 min toning- such as yoga, pilates, weight lifting, etc.
Eating
Breakfast- Green Machine
Lunch- Grilled Chiken Salad
Snack- Apple
Dinner- Fish with steamed veggies
