25 Days To Spring Break- Cardio

25 more days to go, before you know it you’ll be hanging out with friends on spring break! We are going to do cardio today!


Either run on a treadmill, outside, take a spinning class, kickboxing, walking, anything that gets your heart rate up for at least 45 min!


Breakfast- 1/2 grapefruit with a glass of Green Machine

Lunch- Buffalo burger with salad

Dinner- Tomato soup

31 Days To Spring Break- Yoga

31 Days! Today we will be doing some yoga, found on you tube, by Jennifer Anistons yoga instructor Mandy Ingber! She is a huge idol of mine, I love to incorporate some of her moves when I teach my own yoga classes.

Breakfast- Oatmeal with blueberries

Lunch- Shrimp and salad

Snack- Celery Sticks

Dinner- Flatbread pizza ( Try to make your own with your friends, super fun, and you know exactly what is in it)


32 Days To Spring Break- Long Run

32 days until soaking up that sun! Today we are going to do a long run.


run at an average pace for 1 hr. Do this outside, on a treadmill, or an elliptical.


Breakfast- Green machine

Lunch- Salad (only veggies)

Dinner- Fish with jasmine rice
